Overview
At Holy Spirit Preparatory School, we consider sports to be an integral part of the school’s mission. Sports allow for the integral formation of body and soul, developing character and virtue and building athletic and intellectual prowess. Students are taught the value of cooperation, sacrifice, and sportsmanship and are provided with opportunities to cultivate and exercise leadership skills. HSP has partnered with Play Like a Champion to aid in this mission for our coaches and families.
We currently offer opportunities for our students to participate in numerous varsity, junior varsity, and Lower School sports. Athletes can play on more than one team at Holy Spirit Preparatory School; a year-round commitment to one sport is not required.

Athletic Accomplishments
Our teams have achieved great success over the years, and some of our students have continued to compete at the collegiate level, an accomplishment of which we are very proud.
Lower School Sports
Holy Spirit Preparatory School offers Fall, Winter and Spring sports for our K-5th grade students in basketball, cheerleading, soccer, and tennis. Typically, practices occur immediately after school, with games on the weekends during the season. We’re always looking for additional volunteer coaches to share their love and passion for each sport with our youngest athletes.
Visit the Lower School Athletics for sports updates.
